We endeavour to provide as wide a portfolio of property for sale as possible and as a result always welcome new instructions. Via this Website and the brochures that we prepare in support of all enquiries, we seek to give as much information as possible by way of pictures, words and measurements to enable prospective purchasers to make an informed decision. As a result, when receiving a new instruction we like to spend about an hour or more at a property, depending on its size, in order that we can present it in the most favourable but honest manner.

Although we are an essentially Web based agency we do advertise in those areas where we have, with the passage of time, found to be the most responsive. In this regard we have found the Sunday Times to be one of the most successful and currently appear in the dedicated publication Portugal Magazine. We also gain exposure via a direct link within the Website www.portugal-info.net as well as receiving general enquiries from their Property Seeker section. Through our association with the offices of M H Sargent Sociedade de Mediação Imobiliãria Lda in Silves we gain the added benefit of "shop front" exposure.
